Migraines are the worst-they are absolutely debilitating.
It’s like your whole world has to stop and just be still in the dark under the covers.
Sometimes they are set off by foods that contain monosodium glutamate, sodium nitrate and tyramine
Translation: chocolate, red wine, aged cheeses, sour cream, avocados, bananas and cured meats.
So essentially all the foods I love!
Keep a track of how these foods effect you. And don’t forget-everything in moderation and you should be fine.
